Privacy

What is collected, and what deliberately is not.

We count page views on our own servers. No analytics cookie, no third-party tag.

Those counts go from this server to two places, and your browser contacts neither: a path and a count to 360REV, which runs this site, and each view to a self-hosted Matomo, with the address truncated before it leaves this server; Matomo keeps that address with its last parts removed and a code that changes every day, so it can group one day of page views into visits but cannot identify you or recognize you on another day; a request carrying Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control reaches neither.

If you ask for this browser not to be counted — add ?rev360=ignore to any address on this site — we set one cookie, rev360_ignore, and its only effect is that your visits are not counted. ?rev360=count switches it back and your visits are counted again.

No IP address and no visitor identifier is stored. Requests carrying Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are discarded before anything is written — not anonymised, discarded.

Your ZIP code and your vehicles are stored only if you sign in and save them, and they are used only to decide what to show you. Your ZIP resolves to a state and a region for that purpose; we do not keep a finer location than that.

If you subscribe to a newsletter we store the address you gave us and what you chose to receive. Your address is confirmed before anything is sent, and one click in any edition ends it.
